It is a provider of simultaneous, real-time access to multiple sources of global company and person data. By using robotic search to discover everything a KYC policy demands, encompass delivers more efficient processes and faster, safer regulatory compliance, resulting in lower costs and superior risk management.

So our team created a new way to automatically search, review and manage information from public registries, credit bureaus, property/asset valuation sites and a growing range of trusted KYC data streams across the world.
Today we have offices in Glasgow, London, Singapore and Sydney and a rapidly expanding international team.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join our Talent & HR function as we scale the business, based in our Sydney office. The role will be a varied one and will cover activities for both Recruitment and HR. We are a high growth FinTech so expect to be able to get involved in new initiatives, new projects and be part of a cross-departmental team. You will play a key role in the attraction, retention and development of high performing teams.
Draft and update job descriptions
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Assess applicants and support the sourcing of new candidates
Conduct compensation and benefits analysis for various roles
Organise candidates’ data in internal systems
Perform background and reference checks
Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
Assist with new hire onboarding, including task allocations, IT and equipment sourcing and setup, access controls and probation training setup and liaison
Maintain company HR systems and workflows
Assistance with the global employee benefits strategy
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruitment Resourcer
Excellent organisational skills and able to act autonomously
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a busy and fast-paced environment
The desire to develop a career in Talent Acquisition, an interest in Tech and keen to establish, scale and maintain a first-class recruitment strategy and HR operations
